While the real estate market has been shifting more and more towards online shoppers and mobile-friendly real estate apps, it’s important in today’s times to be current and up to date. These online tools and apps make it easy to “check on a property” but there is no replacement for having an agent you can call upon on a whim.
For the past 20 plus years I have been in and out of the real estate field. I started out as an administrator of a real estate training center in 1989 and then took some time off to start and raise a family. It was during this time where I became involved locally. My past presidency of a local Mother’s Club gives me the edge on communication and negotiating. I’ve helped raise money for local families in need and I am consistently involved in local charities and events. I’ve traveled outside the U.S. to volunteer, and will continue to offer assistance when needed. Around 1994 I started my own home-based transcription company, facilitating me to create great organizational and communication skills.
As your realtor, I will be your advocate. Whether you’re buying, renting or selling, I will work tirelessly for you and promote your best interests. If you’re selling, I will work with you to get the fairest price in the least amount of time, utilizing many of today’s technology-friendly marketing materials. If you’re a home buyer, I will work endlessly to provide you with the best information and share with you my knowledge and negotiation strategies to put you in the strongest possible position.
Buying and selling real estate can be stressful, but my goal is to lower your stress levels and make your buying or selling experience as stress-free as possible. Communication and accessibility is what I provide, and when I’m not assisting clients, I enjoy traveling, RV’ing and spending time with family and friends.
It would be my pleasure to work for you.
